The Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce offers members several ways to get involved and stay active. By joining a Chamber committee, a member has the opportunity to meet new people and build strong relationships. Each Chamber committee is dedicated to the success of the chamber by working together with the same goals!

Ambassador Committee
2018 Chairpersons: Lois Fuentes, South Suburban College and Joellen Adams, NuMark Credit Union, Tom McNulty, McNulty Wealth Management
The Ambassador Committee meets on the first Thursday of every month, from 8:15am until 9:00am, at various Chamber Member businesses. This committee calls themselves “the worker bees and the fun group!” Members serve as greeters at Business After Hours events and Ribbon Cuttings, encourage networking at all Chamber functions, and are usually the first to volunteer for Chamber events! During meetings, the committee reviews the monthly calendar of events and disseminates sign-up sheets. Committee members email members and mail thank you cards to new members.
Marketing Committee
2018 Chairperson: Donna Framke, Village of Tinley Park
The Marketing Committee supports the Chamber of Commerce by creating and producing marketing materials including the Tinley Park Chamber website, the Chamber Directory, The Chamber Spotlight cable show, and the upcoming Chamber newsletter, in addition to photography, writing, editing, and branding services.
The Chamber of Commerce hosts The Chamber Spotlight, a 30-minute cable show which is aired on Tinley Park TV (Comcast Channel 4 and U-Verse Channel 99). Each program showcases three Chamber members per show and is aired four times daily for an entire month, reaching over 58,000 households. Programs are pre-recorded one month in advance, and participation provides Chamber members a fantastic opportunity to promote upcoming events and/or highlight their business, Business After Hours, fundraisers, etc.
Membership Committee

The Membership Committee meets on the third Tuesday morning of each month at the Chamber office. This committee
assists the Chamber in recruitment and renewal of members. There is not a more effective marketing tool than a peer-to-peer recruitment and retention campaign led by volunteer Chamber members who are excited and interested about promoting membership in the Tinley Park Chamber of Commerce.
