Goodwill Community Day

Goodwill will be hosting our first ever Community Day event on September 13th in each of our 69 Store & Donation Center throughout Southeastern Wisconsin and Metropolitan Chicago. We are excited to have local community and business leaders come join us to learn more about what Goodwill does to support each of our local communities. Most people associate Goodwill with our Retail Store & Donation Centers, and we would love to have the opportunity to share our mission with our communities and show them firsthand how they play a huge impact in what we do. https://www.amazinggoodwill.com/goodwill-community-day-event-2018

Community Day is an opportunity for you learn about how Goodwill makes an impact in our local community. You’ll experience this through our behind-the-scenes tour where you’ll see the lifecycle of a donation, from the collection of the item at the donation doors, to becoming a product on the salesfloor, to its final sale, and finally, how the sale of those donations support Goodwill’s mission.

Event Agenda:
8:00 a.m.          Arrivals
8:10 a.m.          Tour:  The Lifecycle of a Donation
8:40 a.m.          Tour:  The Product on the Salesfloor
9:00 a.m.          Event concludes – attendees are free to mingle

We look forward to having you join us for an engaging Community Day! Questions? Email CommunityRelations@goodwillsew.com
