Our Kids “A Mad Hatter Dinner Party” Fundraiser

WHAT: Come out and support the Pediatric Oncology Treasure Chest Foundation’s Tenth Annual Treasuring Our Kids Fundraiser. The Treasure Chest Foundation is an Orland Park-based, non-profit organization that provides comfort and distraction from painful procedures to children and teens diagnosed with cancer by providing a toy, gift or gift card in 54 hospitals nationwide.

WHO:  Enjoy a sit-down dinner, open bar, raffle baskets, silent auction prizes, a live auction and dancing all for only $70. Meet the Homer Glen Daley family whose 5-year-old son Trevor benefitted from the Foundation’s services. All attendees are invited to wear their favorite “Alice in Wonderland” clothing. The costumes are optional, and we look forward to seeing you on this momentous occasion!

South Suburban College will host a Community Open House on Tuesday, April 9th from 4:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the college’s Main Campus in South Holland. Neat Repeats stores in Worth and Orland Park are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help sort and price donations, operate the cash register and greet/ assist customers. You must be able to work one 5 hour shift per week, able to lift 20 pounds and be willing to work in a retail setting. Both stores are in need of volunteers in the evenings and on weekends.

All sales at Neat Repeats Resale benefit the clients served by the Crisis Center for South Suburbia. The Crisis Center for South Suburbia is a non-profit community organization that provides emergency shelter and other services for individuals and families victimized by domestic violence.

Banner sponsorship’s are available at a cost of only $75.00. Your company name and logo on the banner will be prominently displayed on the 3 foot by 8 foot banner at all 14 cruise night events.
